The Chairman, ANC Branch 126 Johannesburg Dear Sir, Mandela Day On behalf of everyone at Ikholwa I want to extend our gratitude to you and all the members of the ANC that worked so hard on Saturday, the 19th of July 2014. I do not want a legacy cast in copper, marble or concrete, no monuments and highways, but I want a legacy of volunteerism and service - Nelson Mandela We at Ikholwa were touched by the spirit, energy and friendliness of everyone. Young and old worked as a team. We welcomed you in our homes and our hearts. Ladies cleaned the homes thoroughly with smiles on their faces. Men and women worked side by side to paint our boundary walls, a back breaking job indeed. We have not heard one complaint or have seen one unhappy face. We have received a large donation from your branch that we desperately needed. Thank you for the food, the nappies, blanket, clothes and wonderful lunch you shared with our children and staff members. And thank you for spoiling our boys with haircuts and arranging the professional hairdressing for our girls. They look great; they have received many compliments from friends and teachers at school yesterday. Thanks for all the activities you have arranged for our children. We have been blessed again this year to have the support of the ANC. We are looking forward to remain partners in future. Your hard work is appreciated by Ikholwa.
