The Cloverleaf Group Inc. sold its 87,500-square-foot Glenwood Crossings shopping center on June 26 to Ohio-based The Phillips Edison Group LLC. Glenwood Crossings, anchored by a Pick ’n Save grocery with tenants including a Dollar Tree, is at 2723 18th St., Kenosha. Cloverleaf Group, Northbrook, Ill., did not list it for sale, however a broker from Mid-America Real Estate Group presented the offer from Phillips Edison Group, said Jonathan Basofin, Cloverleaf Group principal. “We would have been happy to continue owning it,” he said. “The buyer made us an offer we couldn’t refuse, so we didn’t.” The center is 98 percent leased, Basofin said. He declined to disclose the sale price - Milwaukee Business Journal
