The Department of Children and Youth Affairs (DCYA) have asked that we draw your attention to a change which has been made to section 17 of the CCS Guide; you can view this change on the DCYA website by clicking on this link: dcya.gov.ie/viewdoc.asp?fn=/documents/childcare/ccs_docs_sept_2013/Guide_to_admin_procedures_2013.htm The change refers to a new exemption under CCS available for infants aged between 0 -12 months and the eligibility criteria that applies. Details of CCS PIP Launch to service providers will be communicated in the near future. In the meantime all service providers should continue to follow CCS information pack instructions and hold documentation until further notice.
