They destroyed their health care system and then sought medical attention or died off in foreign hospitals. They destroyed their banking system and then stashed their loot in Swiss and foreign banks. They destroyed their agricultural system and then spend $25 billion every year to import foreign food. They brutalized and locked up their domestic experts and then spent billions of dollars to hire foreign experts. They did everything to thwart the efforts of their domestic investors and then laid down the red carpet for foreign investors. They couldn’t find $200 million to build their own AU headquarters in Addis. China built it for them – with every room bugged of course. Now they are building Confucius Institutes across Africa: 35 in 28 African countries – not Ubuntu Institutes Then they stay and stay and stay -- 20, 30, and even 40 years -- in office.
