The Entrepreneurial mind....Spirit/Curse.... I could do that..... I can do that better.... Drive by something for sale hey thats a great deal I could buy that than sell it for a profit.... that restaurant went out of business must of been bad management I bet I could make it work and thrive... great deal on a multi family home I should buy it and rent it out for income.... Lets start a business ....... How hard could it be if so and so did it obviously I can do it at least as good if not better their not that smart... Lets start a 2nd business.... sometimes its great sometimes you need to realize your limitations. Sometimes you need to educate yourself better to succeed sometimes .... Sometimes you just have to leap and sink or swim... Other times let others do the leaping... Large sums of money made and or lost.... Standings in the community gained.... Employees hired so they can make a living that your ideas have helped generate... What a great country to let us all decide what or who we want to be.....
