The Khmer learned the theories of the arts and architectures from Indian trainers, but we developed and materialized our own theories into actual practices and built temples such as Angkor Wat to the capacity that the Indian teachers had never thought of and built before, so the construction must completely be credited to the work of Khmer and the great Khmer achievement and not Raja Raja Cholan. Simply like Mohamad Ali who was trained in boxing skill and won fame through his great achievements on the rings, thus his wins were credited to him, not to the English who created and disseminated the fighting arts.
