The Lady of the Lake represents the teachings of the Goddess that - TopicsExpress

The Lady of the Lake represents the teachings of the Goddess that is hidden. She is the keeper of Excalibur, a source of Great Power. Whereas the teachings of Guinevere is received through Surrender and Love (unconditional), the secrets of the Lady of the Lake is unlocked by self-awareness, self-reflection, and self-acceptance. When there is a starkly honest relationship between the body and the soul, the mind and the heart, a clarity occurs. And this is the clarity required to wield Power. When you dont know who you are, the judgments of the world will crush you. (This is in response to my question, why do so many people seek fame?) When you have discovered who you truly are, and understood who you were meant to be - the world will rise to support you. This is the moment Excalibur emerges to greet you. Many in history have discovered the emergence of Excalibur, but failed to surrender it when the time came, forgetting that it was never theirs to begin with. Look what happened. When the Earth can no longer rise to support you - it will swallow you whole. Because you have become destructive, fearful, and greedy. Always remember to let go. It is not the end. It never is for those who understand the nature of true power. Wield it lightly; or die trying. LotL
