Project Duration: six (6) months Job Description: Pre-test preliminary and improved designs of scoping/inception, consultation and validation workshops Conduct scoping/inception, consultation and validation workshops, survey questionnaires/structured interviews Web search, download, collect, organize and consolidate materials and analyze data and information Generate quarterly technical and financial reports Competencies, Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor of Science and/or Masteral degree in the following fields: Space Science and Technology Application, such as in Aeronautics, Earth Observation and Applications, Human Space Activities, Satellite Communication, Space Policy, Space Science, Space Systems, Telecommunication, Geography, Environmental Science and Management, Physics, Geodetic Engineering, Geomatics/ RS-GIS At least two years of experience in area of specialization In-depth knowledge in Space Science and Technology Application Adequate computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, database management, development of on-line/ webpage questionnaire/ structured interviews and report generation Proficient in oral and written communication particularly research/writing skills Good organizational and interpersonal skills and a team worker Interested candidates are invited to personally submit a letter of application with resume, transcript of records and recent passport size photograph on or before 01 July 2013 at the Human Resource Office, Manila Observatory, Ateneo de Manila Campus, Loyola Heights, Quezon City.
