The Miss World contestants debated against the University of Oxford today. We spoke about the importance of Miss World in 2014 and the ethos of Beauty with a Purpose. Each speaker defended their views and I believe swayed the opposition. It was a fantastic occasion to be able to express our passion for Beauty with a Purpose, discuss the multicultural environment of Miss World, the leadership and team working skills we gain through Miss World, and the global collaborative network we create through representing our nations in London.
