The Mountain Post Medical Home will start seeing patients Feb. 18. Mountain Post Medical Home is located on the first floor of the Patriot VII building in Patriot Park, at 565 Space Center Drive, which is on E. Platt Avenue, just west of Powers Boulevard. The clinic occupies approximately 14,000 square feet on the north end of the building. The new clinic is a community-based medical home thats located where the majority of our patients live. This clinic was designed with input from military Family members who wanted a clinic that is convenient, provides comprehensive family and pediatric medicine, has a pharmacy and easy to obtain appointments, and has a staff that treats them like Family members. To ensure you receive the care you need, the clinic has 35 dedicated government civilian staff members, six primary care managers (two family medicine physicians, one pediatrician, two family nurse practitioners, and one physician assistant), one float family medicine physician, and a clinical psychologist on staff.
