The New Jersey Supreme Court has increased filing fees in a variety of areas in order to pay for the creation of a pretrial services program, the implementation of an electronic filing system and to supplement funding for Legal Services of New Jersey. In a notice to the bar released Nov. 3, Superior Court Judge Glenn Grant, the acting administrative director of the courts, said the new fee schedule will go into effect Nov. 17.
