The Player Transfer Form for 2014 has been updated to include the requirement for the Association that the player is transferring out of to sign the form. I am aware that there are some issues with transfer forms being held up, potentially unnecessarily, at both club and Association levels. Please note the following: · Clubs cannot refuse to sign a transfer unless there is documented (invoiced) evidence of outstanding financial commitment to the club · Clubs cannot impose financial obligations on players from previous seasons only when a transfer is requested: eg payback from fundraising activities in a previous year or years · Associations cannot refuse to sign a transfer unless there is documented (invoiced) evidence of outstanding financial commitment to the Association Many thanks Julie Carpinter Operations Manager Volleyball New Zealand
