The Port Richmond on Patrol and Civic (PROPAC) had a critical meeting Thursday to discuss the AFC (Ann through Frankford) I-95 renovation project. We appreciate Pamela Conti and Susan Gibbons coming from PennDOT coming to discuss the proposed changes, answer our questions, provide a timeline for the work and discuss how it will affect traffic patterns in our community. PennDOT will be having further public meetings and we will keep you all abreast of the dates, times and locations. For any additional information, go to 95revive. In addition, special thanks to Lucille K. Songhai, constituent relations coordinator, Public & Government Affairs of SEPTA, who gave a detailed presentation of the changes to bus route 15 (a map of the changes was previously posted on my page). Thanks to PROPAC President, Kenneth Paul, for putting together such an informative meeting, as well as to the many local residence who were in attendance.
