The Quickening Vision Questing Within the Dream Body What is your dream body communicating to you? How is your energy body’s frequency changing? Are you allowing your dream body or dreamer to guide your path? What is your dream body asking you to do? The answers in the 5th world will be different as the dream body and physical body are recalibrating and in a way, their needs are now different. Let’s look at what the physical body needs. Emotionally – Joy, healing and neutrality Physically – Endurance, stamina, health and vitality Mentally – Curiosity, learning, openness, clarity, and silence Spiritually – Connection, direction, guidance, path, inspiration, dedication Life Force – Centeredness, vibration, energy, raw power, aliveness Your dream body’s desires are quite different. The following information and ceremony will give you some assistance in getting to know your dream body and then integrating your dream body and physical body. Your dream body: 1. Is only accessible when you are quiet and centered 2. Desires new challenges 3. Likes the unknown 4. Is neutral in all ways 5. Engages fully 6. Can access all worlds 7. Integrates knowledge effortlessly 8. Holds your “medicine gifts” 9. Likes edges and new experiences 10. Knows your journey in this lifetime 11. Has incredible vitality and energy The steps of integrating the two are: 1. Increasing your body’s vitality and health 2. Healing your personal history and inadequacies 3. Stopping your ‘ego mind’ from interfering with your actions and decisions 4. Increasing and relying on your relationship with Spirit and your path 5. Having regular communication between you, your body and your dream body 6. Receiving dream body guidance 7. Developing your medicine gifts 8. Letting the spirit world presence in your life become as strong as or stronger than the everyday presence The indicators that the dream body and physical body are having difficulty integrating are: 1. Addictive patterns and behaviours 2. A feeling of self-righteousness in thought and action 3. Sluggishness in your body and your spiritual journey 4. Lack of discipline 5. Stress and overwhelm 6. Emotional eruptions 7. Being ego driven yet convinced you’re not being driven by your ego 8. Lack of trust in your journey 9. Being afraid to put yourself ‘out there’ fully 10. Wanting it your way Since December 21st 2012, our dream body (energy body) has been undergoing incredible vibrational shifts penetrating into and impacting our physical body more than ever before. In this time of the 5th world with this energizing of our dream bodies, human beings can evolve into a state of balance and wholeness with each other and this beautiful Mother Earth. The next cycle of our lives (over the next 20 years) is known as ‘the quickening’ and our journey now is to integrate our dream body into our life walk. According to the Hopi, humans are at a more powerful point in our evolution now than ever before in history, even though we are quite challenged with choices of war or peace, harmony or disharmony, love or hate. The first step in integrating the dream self and physical self is taking a journey of vision questing. Nature is always dreaming so she is an excellent guide for assisting us in this integration. Dream Body Vision Questing This ceremony is done on a regular ongoing basis throughout the summer months. The length of time you spend vision questing is up to you. Make it long enough to let the details of your life go and to allow yourself to be a part of nature. The more you engage nature and your dreamer essence, the easier this ceremony becomes. The intent of this ceremony is to allow your dream body to guide your vision questing and see what your dream body is attracted to. Find a place in nature where the terrain is not too challenging. Each time you go into nature allow yourself to move in different directions so it as if you are seeing this part of nature for the first time. Walk at a slower pace than you normally walk and allow your gaze to soften. As you move through nature, pay attention to what attracts you. As you come upon a tree, a flower, the sunlight, or shadow, stop and open up your body to the energy so you ‘feel’ rather than ‘think’ it. Speak one or two words to yourself that capture the feeling of the energy of this attraction. Continue to do this as you walk and move. When you are feeling very dreamy (it may even feel like you are sleepy) find an attraction in nature you can sit with or against. Dream “into” this energy by first feeling it and then “becoming” it. This may be difficult at first but in a short period of time you will be able to do it. When you dream into an object you become part of it’s consciousness. You may even have energy conversations with it. When you feel complete, ask the tree or rock to help you develop a language with your dreamer. Nature will always help. It may feel awkward at first and with practice you will be successful. When you are complete, thank nature and begin again to walk in nature with your dream body present and your physical body moving. Walk this way for a few minutes. Ask your dreamer, “What are the next steps of my path? How can I maintain a closer daily connection and feeling with you? Where am I out of balance? How can I see my life as a journey into dreaming? How can I allow my dream body to be in everything I do?” You may have other questions you need or desire to ask. When complete, thank nature and your dreamer and as you move into the regular movement of your day keep a tendril of awareness on your dream body.
