This is the chief GOP negotiator in the up coming and promised talks on budget reconciliation. Keep in mind, the the CR and debt ceiling agreement just inked agrees to spending levels at 988 billion. Very close to the 967 billion Paul Ryan budget! So you see, Russian Roulette works very well for the GOP. Just a matter of time before they spin the chamber, and pull the trigger one too many times.... and POW blow all of our brains out!
