The University of Queensland School of Medicine, a research-intensive University, is Australia’s global medical school. In 2008 the School added a US Academic Medical Center, The UQ Ochsner Clinical School. Together they offer US students the opportunity to study two years of pre-clinicals in Brisbane, Australia and to do two years of clinical training at Ochsner in New Orleans.
