The Urg is my favorite piece of cardio equipment! Remember these cues: Push, lean, pull! Push with legs, then lean with your torso, then pull with your arms and back. Your body should move between what would be 11 and 1 on a clock. Aim to maintain around 20-30 strokes per minute with a tempo of 1:2. 1 second to pull away, 2 seconds back in. Long, strong, efficient strokes beat short, fat ones every time! Set the resistance at no more than 7. 5 or less for most people.
