The appointment of our next manager is in no way short of being the most important in the clubs history. We need a man that suits our needs and one with a proven track record at this level not a puppet who is just watching over our slide out of the football league. As fans we want to see passion, desire and heart both on the field and off, its time for a Martin Allen type character who will not conform and will do what needs to be done, its not never say die right now its do or die!
