The cats are almost herded - and they are some beautiful cats indeed. Lots of creative courses and three amazing artists-in-residence over the first half of 2014. Cooroora Institute First Semester 2014 Fine Furniture Making (ongoing) ROSS ANNELS Every Thursday between 9am and 8pm $25 per hour plus materials Max 4 Ceramics (8 weeks) STEPHEN ROBERTS Sunday afternoons 1pm-4pm 2nd March to 20th April $240 Materials and Firing included Max 7 The poetics of place: philosophy, art, and writing (4 weeks) DR TAMSIN KERR Sunday afternoons 1pm-5pm 30th March to 20th April $240 Text and materials included Max 8 Woodworking for Women (6 weeks) ROSS ANNELS Friday mornings 9:30am-12:30pm 7th March to 11th April $360 Materials included Max 6 Pottery for beginners (8 weeks) ANIKA ANNELS Thursday evenings 4pm-6pm 6th March to 24th April $180 Materials and Firing included. Max 7 Espresso coffee, tea, drinks, cakes available for purchase @ $4 /students $3. Courses are partially outdoors and often messy; wear suitable clothes. Students get access to concerts and end of year lunch; continuing students get 10% off further courses. Open studios every Sunday afternoon (except January). Course places will not be reserved until full payment is made.
