The city should put a stop sign or a speed monitor between Cleaveland Ave and Poplar Ave also Cleaveland Ave and First St. There are three times too many accidents and one happened right now(third time this week). Where can I petition for the city to put them up? Its a problem not only for the residents, but for the people who drive here. Its dangerous and luckily its just the cars that get damage, but this one was bad enough that the bumpers and oil spilled everywhere. Whos going to clean up the debris? Its a hazard and it must be taken care of.
