The dr just called us back phase 1 (radical neck dissection) is done!! He was able to get it all out of the neck! We told him he had a lot of prayers for him, he said he loved that and he defiantly felt them. Surgery is going great! The doctor is still in shock that he was able to take the nodes out and it was huge. The only set back was they did have to sever the nerve from his neck to his shoulder! Hes going to be in A LOT of pain in his shoulder for the next 6 months. They also said they had to take out part of his muscle in his neck! That it will sink in. Hey Ill take a sunk in neck vs. cancer any day! Now were waiting on phase 2 of the surgery. Getting the lymph node out of his sternum area! Waiting on that surgeon now! He was called on an emergency If he dont make it today there going to try and do that surgery before he leaves the hospital. Keep the prayers coming my poor guy is hanging tough he is my Hero!!! HE STILL HAS THIS!!!!!
