The following temporary street closures are planned for today, May 9, due to the Urban Nights event: Second St. will be closed between Jefferson & Main from 3p to 11p (Intersections at Main and Jefferson streets will remain open to traffic.) St. Clair St. will be closed between Third & Fourth from 3p to 11p (Alleys leading to this section of St. Clair St. also will be blocked at the St. Clair end and the intersections at Third & Fourth will remain open to traffic.)
