The independent Australian Taxi Federation posts an angry message regarding Ubers reported price hikes during the siege at the Lindt cafe in Martin Place within Sydneys central business district. The posts begins, American company uber shows its true colors by price surging in Sydney CBD during a crisis situation with terrified Sydney siders trying to get out of a terrible situation. It reads, All Uber Sydney trips from the CBD will be free to help Sydneysiders get home safely.
