The lat time I saw a heard of kudu in the wild was around 1975 on Rodney Stevens farm in Selous .I was hunting g fowl ...turned a corner they were crossing a maize land into bush. They just glided over the cattle fence as close as chips.It was like slow motion.It has lay embedded in my memory all these years.A once in a life time event for me.They were very rare in that area at that time...majestic beasts!
