White wines: Tiziano Pinot Grigio Carries a blend of pear and citrus aromas with well balanced acidity. The fruit forward style makes this Pinot Grigio the perfect match for seafood, white meat and white pasta dishes. Stemmari Grillo The Grillo is the most famous white varietal native to Sicily. It carries an aroma distinctly tropical with notes of mango and papaya, a balanced and harmonious wine with a delicate acidity. Zonin Moscato Straw yellow color with golden reflections tending toward amber. Fruity and inviting, with intense scents of exotic fruits, myrtle and wild honey. Fresh and pleasantly sweet with vivid acidity and extremely refined fruitness. Red wines: Stemmari Nero D’Avola The “Prince” of the re-birth of Sicilian wine industry. The bouquet is intense with notes of currant, wild strawberries, and pomegranate. The flavor is soft and velvety with distinct fruity characteristics. Zonin Montepulciano Abbruzo A warm ruby red in color with an ample and remarkably complex bouquet. The flavor is dry on the palate and gracious, with delicate and soft veining and a fine and harmonious balance.
