The opening pages of Zhenas memoir are so riveting, they gave me the chills, in a happy, positive way. I so resonate with the experiences and insights into the pain of life that she describes so compassionately. The book has been masterfully edited and presented, which shows respect for the reader. And I love the references to Ojai -- the familiar places and people that many Ojai residents will recognize.
