The presence of God on that Damascus road changed Paul forever. Once you truly experience the glory of God you will never be the same again. Sitting in the presence of Jesus changed the disciples forever. How then can we say the presence of God was in this place......yet we leave that place the same (or worse)? We get our shout on in the place and then leave the place and cuss each other out with the same mouth. What presence did you say was in the place? The words of the song says He touched me and now I will never be the same. That means the way you think, the way you talk, the way you talk and even the way you dress is not the same. Once you experience the presence of God there is no other place you desire. Your desire for worldly things becomes suppressed and you seek only those things that PLEASE God.
