Summit doesnt have to take any special needs children, and only has to administer one standardized test a year compared to the eight a Macon high schooler will take and the solid handful elementary children must take. They have practically no accountability. ..and they could conceivably close in the middle of a school year as charter in Charlotte just did (in comments).
