The problem I see here is who should get a phone funded by the government! NOT If! Some older people at least in my area of Wisconsin live in an area that has most nothing for jobs, And more so if you are over 60 years of age. Also those who get a whopping sum of whom receive around $900.00 a month to try to budget and live on and cannot afford the high cost phones they, give up something to pay for a phone, And not a texting yuppy assed smart phone! They give up some food items we take for granted or maybe that one stop once a month for a $1 menu burger or just to spend a buck or so for a car trip to visit a friend. To pay for a phone with OH WOW a whopping 250 minutes on it that with that phone they could still have a burger once a month or visit a friend or grandchild or hell get a candy bar! AND STILL CALL a doctor or someone to come help lift something or just FUCCING TALK! Enough with the free phone shit! If the people who should NOT have one were regulated and it only take a bill in the house and senate to do that we could afford to do what should be done for the people who need a phone! You would not even notice it!
