The protocol rank of MLA is 21 and the rank of Deputy Commissioner - TopicsExpress

The protocol rank of MLA is 21 and the rank of Deputy Commissioner of the Districts is 27 according the WARRANT OF PRECEDENCE, PROTOCOL, PRIVILEGES & AMENITIES TO THE MEMBERS OF STATE LEGISLATURE regulated by the DEPARTMENT OF LAW, JUSTICE AND PARLIAMENTARY AFFAIRS in 2013. Even the Chief Secretary in State is junior with rank of 22 against a MLA. But, Deputy Commissioner Mr. Amit Aggrawal celebrated a official function for disabled at Nasha Mukti Kendra, Sector 14, Faridabad organized by Distt. Red cross society yesterday as a chief guest and MLA Mr. Moolchand Sharma treated as guest of honour there. This contradiction is serious violation of the WARRANT OF PRECEDENCE, PROTOCOL, PRIVILEGES & AMENITIES TO THE MEMBERS OF STATE LEGISLATURE.
