The puppy is up for ADOPTION. She was hit by a car on 1/13/14, and rescued by my son Mike. He took her to the ER vet on White Road, who immediately wanted to put her down for $250! Mike asked how much to stabilize her until he could get her to another vet...$750!! He brought her home to mom. Having very bad arthritis, I certainly could not pick her up, so on the first day, she was shaky, but walked herself to my back yard. She was weak, so needed to rest and laid in the sun for about 30 minutes, came back in and within 3 days, was up and around. Its now 2/2/14, and this puppy has come back strong...she is so playful and just wants to be loved all the time. Since day 1, I have posted fliers, with no success of finding her family. I fell out in the back yard one morning, and she stayed right by my side until I was able to get up. (I have no ACL and my knee buckled and I was down for about 10 minutes) I would love to find this sweet girl a furever home, as I already have 4 pit bulls, a boston terrier and 3 cats. Its been hard shifting all of them around for breaks. I had her around my 18 month old granddaughter and she is ever so gentle. I estimate her to be about 1 year old. With the help of my rescue friends, we are posting and reposting. Please help find her a furever home!!! PLEASE POST AND REPOST.
