The right of citizens to protest actions and policies of their elected government should be inherent in any free country. Anti-cull protesters may "attack" (verbally) those participating in the cull in a country that values freedom of speech, and they may choose to break the law and suffer the consequences if disrupting or sabotoging the cull is considered illegal. Last time I heard, Britain was a free country!
