The side effect of using cannabis cigarette and recreational cannabis drug is a little known or highly unproven, it may or may not caused mental disorder like schizophrenia and psychosis based on a few case study. For instance,in an unverified report of a case study by a 10 year old, on 1,923 individuals from the general population in Germany, aged 14–24, concluded that cannabis use is a risk factor for the development of incident psychotic disorder symptoms, and the continued use might increase the risk of having it in heavy marijuana or even recreational users. Despite from juxtaposition of how cannabis and medical purposes have risks, but highly beneficial to mankind for multiple purposes yet at the same time,it has held the spot to become the biggest society taboo in some states of all time, especially in the USA, or even worldwide rejection in multiple aspect of religion, mindset and ethics of human life, a medical study published in 2009 taken by the Medical Research Council in London, showed there was no significant effect of THC on [11C]-raclopride binding. From the statement in the study previously mentioned,it is safe to conclude recreational cannabis users do not release significant amounts of dopamine from an oral THC dose equivalent to a standard cannabis cigarette. This result challenges current models of striatal dopamine release as the mechanism mediating cannabis as risk factor for schizophrenia. Although dopamine and cannabis may relate to each other in terms of their usage as anesthesia, but Dopamine is highly regarded as modern science drug to treatcirculation problems caused by heart attack, heart failure, kidney failure, low blood pressure, or surgery, with many side effects which can induce users with anxiety,paranoia and excessive "adrenalin rush." With this significantly proven in medical field, cannabis do not causes any harm to treat patients and frequent recreational users, thus abolishing the risk of having mental disorders and long term side effect for the users.
