The stock tall legs for IRIS are just horrible. Ive seen a lot of complaints from folks about their weight and how easy they break. But having them in hand and mounted to IRIS, I realized how poorly designed they really are. My biggest grief - other than the ridiculous weight - is that they move the position of where the legs touch the ground towards the center of IRIS (See graphic below). As a result IRIS becomes very prone to flipping over at take-off or touch down. The current design is imho just plain dumb.
