The technical strength in bonds continues to impress me, however...given the PPI and NAHB numbers this morning, I would expect some increased pressure on bond prices. If we hold these levels given how high PPI came in at this morning, it will be a very bullish indicator. I am not sure it is worth the risk, if you have loans that need to close. I am still bullish, but I expect some short term pressure, unless we get some weak news tomorrow. Have a great day!
