The techniques used to catch this fish and another half a dozen - TopicsExpress

The techniques used to catch this fish and another half a dozen just like it from the same shadow line is quite complicated and this small part of the clip makes it look to easy. First of all its that time of the year when there is an abundance of small bass around you need to work patterns and lures that will make the bigger fish stand over the smaller ones and push them down second the fish no this weather pattern was coming so they were probably out night crawling through to day light and tucked write in to some nasty cover down deep in cooler water with no intentions of doing nothing but sulk all day. Once you find them then you have to get them of the bank and out onto the shadow line were this clip starts and like I said before it looks to easy. Every time they shut down a mix of lures stirs them up again and brings them back out.I did not land this fish which was poor fishing on my behalf you see I had the fever I was already thinking of showing the lures that triggered this bite and not concentrating on the fish at hand you can see clearly it was not ready to come out like that but the fever makes you irrational I was even calling the big storm spook a popper. The one thing I no about that lure is its very Anthrax like a great teaser all four lures you see on this clip were the teasers and the big fat Arashi it was the kill shot lure. On about the fourth fish of that shadow line I switched to tea bagging a Gomoku popper through some low limbs, may it rest in peace because it got bricked, couldnt stop her she just drove to hard into the timber the fish were getting bigger and meaner, when fish are bunched up like that it can be like finding a needle in a hay stack but if you can make them flash out at one thing like those big storm lures then you can go to work on them. .
