The word of Almighty God told us in Exodus 23:12 that six days you shall do your work, but on the seventh day you shall rest. Reason; Gen.2:2-3 God finished His work and rested on the seventh day. He blessed it and hallowed it. Prophet Ezekiel was inspired and he said; and hallow my Sabbaths that they may be a sign between me and you that you may know that I the Lord am your God. Ezk.20:20. Luke 4:16 told us that Jesus custom while on Earth, is to worship His father every Sabbath in the synagogue. Apostle Paul in Hebrews 4:11 urged us to strive to enter that rest, so that we will not fall by the same sort of disobedience. The reason why God promised to put His spirit inside us is for us to keep the Laws of God. Ezekiel.36:26-27 N/B Jesus in Matthew 23:1-4 told all the people listening to Him to keep all the Laws of Moses which happens to be him, because all that Moses wrote in the Law, was Jesus according to Jesus words in John 5:46 and Luke 24:44.
