There are literally tons of religious movies being shown in theaters recently xD Among them, Gods Not Dead and Heaven Is for Real. Noah is just a fantasy flick. Gods Not Dead is based off an incorrect interpretation of the origination of the titles phrase. Its about an atheist college professor who forces his students to write or say God is dead. xD and is full of straw-man arguments and attempts to prove an non-provable assertion, which is what both titles of these movies are. Heaven Is for Real is based off of a childs experiences, hallucinations, dreams, and I guess whatever sort of near-death experience which coincidentally(or not xD) prove the titles assertion. The thing is, eye witness accounts are some of the least trustworthy examples of evidence because people tend to be biased on their perceptions which are the filters through which they perceive reality, and in the case of hallucinations and dreams, things can be extremely imaginative(especially in the case of a child) and can be downright confabulated(made-up/didnt even happen).
