There are too many churches that have changed their mission from saving the souls of the lost or those who have never been to church, to recycling the souls of other church members! We need not ask Christians to be uprooted, especially if they are planted in churches that are considered good ground (where the Word is being preached and taught and the Spirit of God is alive and well and transforming their lives). If those who are around us most often are already saved and attending a church, then it may mean that we need to stretch ourselves and get outside of our comfort zones in order to reach those who really need a relationship with Christ. Sometimes we overlook the people that we come in contact with on a semi-regular basis that we don’t know, such as the cashiers at the grocery or retail stores that we frequent, or the hosts/hostesses at our favorite restaurants, or the person who handles our dry cleaning. There are people that we see often but yet we only have limited conversations or make small talk with them. These are prime opportunities amongst a host of others that we can use to present the message of Christ. wowwithebook
