There have been some very exciting changes to our staffing - TopicsExpress

There have been some very exciting changes to our staffing structure and some to come; As you know, my mum, Denise, has been working in the office Tuesday & Thursday. My mum has done a fantastic job at keeping things organised and picking up things I don’t even see in the office with regards to stationery and many, many other things. You all know my mum does far more than this and I don’t know what I would do without her. Thank you mum. As the workload has increased we have finally been able to look at employing someone else to be in the office on other days. Val has finally joined us and will be in the office Mon, Wed & Fri. Val will be covering many administrative roles. Christine will not be rejoining Cachet Care when her maternity ends, as she has a fabulous job opportunity that is more suited to her current commitments with her family, and I would like to take this opportunity to thank her for her dedication to Cachet Care and me during her time here. She has been a true source of strength and joy that was God given and there have been times that I have been overwhelmed at her devotion to my vision. As the blessed family they are, Antoine will also be leaving his role here, as has also been offered and accepted an amazing job opportunity that he has worked extremely hard to gain. Many congratulations go to Antoine and well deserved. I thank him for his continuous hard work and picking up work I have literally on many occasions just left him to be a mind reader and everything else that goes with that!!!! Both Christine and Antoine were placed in my life and in my ministry for such a time as was needed and I will be forever grateful for who they are. I pray every blessing over the next season of their live, in their family and their careers. Colette will be leaving us also at the end of August. Colette and I trained together many years ago and has been offered the job she was waiting for in the NHS and I pray also that Colette settles well into her role. The role is perfect for her and the people she will be working with will be blessed by her devotion to them. I would like to thank Colette for stepping in when she was needed and being ‘all-in’ during her time here. I’m thankful for her support to the staff and clients and she will be missed by some of them. NOT FOR LONG though as is usually the case in these circumstances as there will be new staff coming in that will be equally as fabulous. Colette will begin to let clients and their families know she is leaving the last week of August. Please however do not mention it unless they do and give reassurance where required. Arlene and I are planning to have a full team and client get-together in October and hope everyone, present and past are able to be there. When I return from Cyprus I will be interviewing more potential new staff. I continue to have to turn down new clients due to our reputation being discussed and highly praised in Social Workers, District Nurses and Occupational Therapist offices along with many other places. This is a very exciting period of transition and I can hardly contain myself with how well we have done so far and where we are going. Sincere thank you once again to those moving on. For those not moving on I have many exciting new ventures planned for our next season, so please fasten your seatbelts and hold on tight to prepare yourselves for all that is to come. I look forward, after my week of resting, to start the next chapter of Cachet Care. Thank you all, from a ready to rest in Cyprus manager!!! Janine x
