This is not the case, but this is: • popcorn is generally made with damaged fats • microwave popcorn may have toxins in bag liners • popcorn is a trigger food: it makes you want more salt, starch and fat • popcorn is high-glycemic (makes your blood sugar spike, setting up problems with hunger, leptin resistance and insulin resistance)
