There is a seeming fallacy in our discourse which is slowly gaining currency because folks as usual accept most things without subjecting them to rigorous analysis. That fallacy is the idea that most of us complain(just identify the problem) without offering solutions. A deeper reflection of this view exposes the simplicity in the thought process behind it. When a problem is identified, 50% to 70% of the solution is already achieved if you only pay attention. I end here so think about it unless as usual you want folks to babysit you with gantt charts detailing the step by step implementations which wont surprise me knowing how we were educated in our formative stages.
