There is no doubting that good quality sleep is essential to good health and body composition improvements. However many people fail to make a good nights sleep a priority, even if they are making sacrifices elsewhere in their lives to improve their health (exercising and eating well). Dont allow yourself to fall into this category. Get to bed early, minimise artificial light exposure in the final hour before bed and try to engage in calming activities during this period (as opposed to stressing about work or shooting aliens on a computer game).
