There is nothing so frustrating as having a brain that sees the bigger picture, sees the opportunities and the long term plan - then how to exploit that for the betterment of all mankind. Then realising your wallet doesnt give a shit about the bigger picture, nor does it care what your brain sees - all it cares about is that its empty. Seriously, the budget is AWESOME for the entrepreneur, for the person who doesnt want to work for the man and is willing to do the hard slog to take advantage of the some billion opportunities the government has created in its panicd short sightedness.
