There was a club on 2nd Ave in NYC Called the Ceyswa.. It was there i won my 1st 100.OO at a talent show they had each week for performing this song By Donna Summers and Barbara Striesand . I even remember what i wore I remember having very little money A friend had given me a jerry curl wig which i had cut up and made m yself some extention braids.. i walked into the Woolworth on 6th Ave off of west 4. And bough myself some Pink thermals. It was what i wore with multicolored Garison belts that i wrapoed around the ankles of my beige high heeled ankle boots and waist .With a mans grey hat and a navy blue trench coat.. It was pure winter i remember getting off on on 28St & broadway. On my way to the hotel where i lived and was staying with my girlfriend and her father who had recently had a fire in the LES on 4St. and how The Red Cross had put us up atthe Marteniqe Hotelon 32.. Click clack clack clack How the bottom of my hells raced and rub the pavement and rushed to get home...For one night i had felt grand and did it all on my own.. .. Excerps from my autobiography..
