Theres a lot of culture going on at the house! Bottled 2 gallons of kombucha (including a new flavor!), and have another 2 gallons going. Making milk kefir as well as kefir cheese. A batch of sauerkraut is getting close to done. I also started a batch of fermented pickles. First time for that and I hope I get good results! Then Im canning my first solo project. Lemon blueberry syrup! Probably canning the rest of the berries in a syrup today too. Yay for food!
