Theres this woman in Mercury Drug Store if you had paid attention on her before, who will look at you as if shed like to swallow the whole you, always pouting and not entertaining costumers well. As far as I know, employees in any establishments do attend briefings. It wants me to believe about what other folks used to say about that drug stores employees. Ive observed her many times that way, the first time was when she whispered something to another employee while looking at me. Im just waiting for the time that shell do the worse before I argue with her, because not really my type to mess up with someone, but if time and actions will need, why not.. But still holding my horses because she isnt the type, besides I remembered what my sister told me that shed been scolded by a costumer before that made her cry, no wonder why shell receive a treatment like that because she does not know how to deal with costumers. If only they have that suggestion box, I would suggest that they undergo proper briefing again. Whew! We saw the same face again and its making me raise an eyebrow but oh, somehow I can control then my sister jokingly blab while were on our way out, Maybe youve stolen her boyfriend before.. Then I replied, Oh, comon.. Anyway, I shouldnt waste an energy on that girl but it concerns everyone, specially costumers.. :)
