These few days, after Doug and I hit the gym hard, weve been living in bathing suits, wandering between pools, the beach, fresh water lagoons. It is such a relief to have finally gotten some control over how we feel before the week of Memorial Day, when I typically realize with disappointment, ugh, I should have REALLY started months ago. When the Cadbury Bunny hops off, its not even worth putting the suits back in their storage bins. Keeping this mission of our best health going... The literal equivalent of just keep swimming.
