They say a true leader reproduces himself. Since u are a true leader as has been touted to be, at ur old age who have u mentored? Where are the leaders u reproduced after ur own kind; aka men and women of integrity. If some people at their over retirement age is still contesting to become President of this Nation and people are being divided along political lines then we youths of this generation should cover our faces in shame. It is a slap on our generation. Please dont get me wrong, For those of us born sometime within the 70s and later, we know what was brought to the table then but Nigeria has evolved since then. Our problems are more complex and our people more diverse. We dont just need permutations, party affiliations and sentiments.... No. We need ideas, strategies that would move us forward as a people and as a nation. Can these retired brains deliver on this for us? Im not saying that the present government is best oh, in fact the challenges today are hydra-headed, but in the face of what we have as an option or opposition, what we have today could pass.
