This afternoon after taking photos I was doing some quick dinner shopping and I believe God showed me something for the church. He showed a picture of fresh cement and a picture of sand on a beach. With cement you can place your hand on the surface and leave an impression that is fixed and permanent. Sand holds design but it is easily destroyed. But with cement it hardens quickly and is designed to last. I feel God is saying he going to be leaving an long lasting impression on Kenosha through his spirit to change the community around us. Everyone will see his indentations of grace & mercy. I feel this will come through events like tonight. It can start through a simple photo booth, a block party or some really creative out of the box out reaches. I honestly feel we gotta be willing to lay it all down and press into The Lord and hell show us his great design..
